21 Days of Prayer & Fasting

21 DAYS OF PRAYER & FASTING

Every year as a church we participate in 3 weeks of prayer and fasting together. This sets intentional time with God to prepare our hearts for the new year and helps prioritize putting Jesus at the center of our lives.
Each day we provide a devotional written by our pastoral staff to help engage your daily prayer and focus your attention on prayer topics you may find relatable.

WE CAN’T WAIT TO WORSHIP WITH YOU

During the 21 days we will meet Tuesdays, January 7th, January 14th, and January 21st at 6pm for an evening of prayer and worship in the auditorium.

Childcare will be provided.

A Journey of Self-Discipline & Growth

Choosing to embark on these 21 Days of Prayer & Fasting is a deliberate act of self-discipline, aimed at deepening one’s spiritual connection and fostering personal growth.

Fasting involves the intentional omission of certain elements from daily life, it could be physical indulgences like sweets, fast food, caffeine, soda, alcohol or even things like clutter. Or it might be more mental distractions such as social media, excessive screen time/streaming services, worrying, gossiping, resentment, or low self-esteem.

This 21-day period becomes a sacred time for prayer, meditation, and contemplation, fostering a deeper connection with God and a conscious choice to detach from the material and digital world.

Engaging in the fasting portion of the 21 Days of Prayer & Fasting is a personal choice and is not required in order to participate in the daily devotionals.
