Family Camp is a faith-based, totally fun, meaningful vacation for families with kids of all ages. Kids, parents, and grandparents will have opportunities to do things together such as games and recreational time while also participating in age-based sessions with worship and biblical teaching.

Your family will come out of the week more connected to Jesus, to one another, and in community with other families.

We’re excited to offer Vineyard Youth their own camp eperience coinciding with Family Camp. Students (6th – 12th grade) will stay in on-site dormitories and have unique worship and biblical teaching tailored to their age group.

Activities, group time, and camp sessions will be just for students and their leaders. It’s going to be a powerful week for teenagers to encounter Jesus, grow in their faith, and have a ton of fun!

Who is invited to Family Camp?

We’d love our entire church family to join us!

No matter your age or stage of life, we want to create a meaningful experience for you to have a fun-filled time with your family while forming spiritual memories together. If your family can’t join in or you’re not in a family season of life, we’d still love for you to join us for Camp! There will be lots of opportunities to serve and to attend all of our main camp sessions.

What is the pricing for Family Camp?

Adults: $400

Students (6th – 12th grade): $350 w. transportation included

Children (age 4 – 5th grade): $300 for the first child, $250 for each additional child

Children (ages 3 and under): Free

What is the payment schedule?

Upon registration, a $100 deposit per person is required and is non-refundable.

The payment schedule is as follows:

Deposit: Due upon registration and non-refundable.
2nd Payment: Due 3/15/2025
3rd Payment: Due 4/15/2025
Final Payment: Due 5/15/2025

What is included in my registration?

All meals, lodging and activities during Family Camp.

Where is Family Camp?

Family Camp will be taking place at Encounter Cove right off of Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri.

How do I get to camp?

Family Camp attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from camp. There is plenty of on-site parking available. Transportation for students attending Youth Camp is included and they will be bussed to and from camp.

Exact departure times for Youth Camp will be provided at a later date.

What are the accommodation options?

Encounter Cove has a variety of accommodation options. Accommodations are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

For the Base Camp rate, choose from one of three lodges that have rooms that sleep up to six people. This includes one queen bed, two sets of bunk beds, and a private bathroom.

For an additional $150 per family, you can stay in a Premium Lakeside Lodge. This includes two queen beds, a private bathroom, and private balcony.

An offset motel offers a $150 discounted rate per family and sleeps up to six people. This includes one queen bed, two sets of bunk beds, and a private bathroom.

There are RV sites available for families who wish to bring their own camper or RV. Each RV site has access to water, sewer, and electrical hook-ups. Families booking a RV site will receive a $200 discount.

When do we check-in and check-out?

Check-in starts at 3:00 pm Wednesday, July 23rd. Check-out is at 11:00 am Saturday, July 26. Lunch will be provided following check-out.

Will there be activities for my younger kids?

All kids ages 3 months – 5th grade are invited to join in Kids’ Camp activities during Family Camp. We’ll have age-specific lessons and worship times along with tons of fun and games for them!
